I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!

Best work in the shortest amount of time.. they went up and beyond what was required to make my vehicle look amazing after somebody hit the back passenger side door completely destroying it! Mike and the ladies up front are awesome to work with and easy to communicate with! 100% recommend them!

This place is amazing. The delivery of customer service is excellent the desk staff are great at keeping you updated, and extremely nice. Kevin was my estimator and was very professional, respectful, confident, helpful, and listens which is a great skill for customer satisfaction. I got my car before the due date. The quality work at this places is amazing!!!!! I am really happy I was sent here for my car to be repaired. Kevin deserves a big pay increase. He is an asset to this company! I will recommend family and friends for body work anytime! 😊

Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
Totally recommend it, my car had some pretty bad side damage and Francis Collision Centre was able to take care of it. Great service and very friendly staff!

They are the most efficient and organized Repair shop I have ever used. Very friendly and keep you informed about your car repair. The one thing we observed is how clean the bays were kept. I recommend them to any and all!

Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!
My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).

I've taken my Subaru in on two different occasions now and am satisfied with all repairs and especially the paint work. The turn-around time to get my car back was two weeks on both occasions. The wait is long but it's well worth the wait for high quality shop repairs. The ladies up front are kind and professional and the guy I was working with (Kevin) was also transparent, kind and professional. This is the place to go if you want your vehicle repaired the right way.
My driver's side door was vandalized, door wouldn't lock, open and window didn't go down. Now my car is all fixed! Thanks Francis!!
Francis collision is the best at what they do. In 2005 my brand new Monte Carlo was hit in the side panel very bad. So my insurance recommend Francis Collision to fix my car. After they had my car for a week, the damages on my car looked like it never had a scratch on it at all!
We were in a car accident and our insurance asked if we’d like for them to recommend a place to have our car fixed and they sent us to Francis Collision centre. I can not be more happy. They did an amazing job on my car. Looks like new again. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. While my car was at there shop they made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know how my car was coming along. I was also receiving text messages as to what was being done to my car and when it would be ready. I would definitely recommend this place.
The customer service is great. We were all at the hands of kia back ordered parts. Danielle kept me updated often. And they detailed in their responses. The text message feature made it so easy to stay in contact and know what i was getting. Aaron walked me through all the work they did... my car was washed and ready for me when i picked it up...

I took my car there for repair, I was hit in the back. It took about a month but I figured since they had to order parts and such. My car looks as good as it did before! I like that they keep you updated weekly. I would definitely go there again.

They fixed my truck the right way and even went above by touching up an area that wasn't on the estimate. The staff was also very easy to deal with, always had a smile and warm greeting. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed the right and timely way.
This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!
It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.
Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
My car got repaired here through the insurance and nothing out of my pocket. I had deep concerns that the estimated 1-2 weeks would take 2 or more weeks to repair. Mainly that the repairs weren’t coming out of my wallet, and the shop could take advantage by replacing parts if something could instead be repaired for example. This was speculation with no grounds for thinking that based on my experience here, but I worried nonetheless. Thankfully this was not the case and I got my car back in 6 days. My car was returned not in the same condition it was received. Dash cams unplugged and tilted downward, some napkins and receipts left on the passenger seat, and the mirrors changed. These are minor but worth noting. The repairs to the vehicle itself were great and no problem so far. Some parts and sensors behind the bumper, and a front bumper were repaired. All throughout the 6 days, they kept me updated through text and called to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. On a side note, the rental from enterprise provided by them was subpar and reeked of smoke. I’d like to thank Kevin for being professional and breaking things down on what they will be repairing.

I have an Audi Q5 that was rear ended. I worked with Justin Phister, who was very knowledgeable on my make and model and the facility kept me updated routinely while my car was being worked on. I was given a 2 week estimate for the work my car needed and my car was ready in the timeframe that was initially communicated to me. The office staff was very professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about every single person I worked with at Francis Collision Centre. To top things off my car was detailed prior to me picking up my car. Great Service 10/10!!

I have used Francis Collision for my cars on three occasions and each time, their work and service has exceeded my expectations. The most recent was on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade liftgate. This was not an insurance claim so Juanita, Bernadette, and Audra in the office were very detailed and thorough, explaining all of the paperwork from drop-off to pick-up so that everything was clear, avoiding any misunderstanding. My project manager Kevin was just as professional, thorough, and concientous in his inspection of the damages on my vehicle. His estimate of time needed to complete the repairs was 10 work days but that it could take longer depending on what they found once they removed the liftgate. He only went over that time frame by one day but only because one area of repair on the trim didn't measure up to his standard so he wanted to take the time to make sure I would be happy with all of the work done. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle's repairs right down to when it was ready to pick up. When the time came to pick up my vehicle, there were no surprises with the cost of repairs either. I wasn't unable to drive in on my own or get a ride due to family circumstances so Juanita arranged for their employee Sean to pick me up. Sean was prompt, respectful, and very pleasant to talk to. I give Francis Collision and it's entire team 5 stars. While I hope I never need their services again, I know I can rely on them to do the best work possible!

My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. I took my car there through a Geico claim (someone backed into my car when I was out of town) and this was the easiest experience I've ever had with car repair. They offered the option to pick up the rental there when you drop your car off, so you don't have to worry about finding a ride. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job on the repair. 10 out of 10, would use them again.

Unfortunately this is the second car I've had to repair....fortunately, I chose Francis both times! They did a beautiful job on both my cars. God forbid I should ever have to have another car reassembled, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to Francis Collision.

This is my second time with Francis auto collision they are absolutely amazing my car has been like brand new everytime I’ve taken it for repairs in and got it back! Juanita works in the office is super helpful always doing what she can to put you back in your vehicle on time and make sure everything you need is met with sincere customer service and upfront explanation. Kevin iskandar was my estimator and he was amazing he made sure to follow up with me after I put my car in for repairs and let me know exactly what was going on in the shop. Even when I brought in my car he let me know exactly what was going to be fixed! He promised me a date for pick up and delivered ! He also made sure my car was nice and clean and that I was satisfied with the work when I picked it up! I will always choose Francis!
